This became our home in Phuket – a perfect blend of hotel services and the comfort of home. It's so close to the beach, and even the hotel pool is sufficient. It made our vacation even more comfortable. The service is excellent, and we loved all the staff. We were seeking a place that's both luxurious and comfortable, and it didn't disappoint us throughout our stay.

Me and my husband stayed at BYD Lofts Boutique Hotel for four months and it was our second time that we stayed at this beautiful loft. Just like last time everything was fantastic. we love this loft and we definitely will come back again and stay there. BYD lofts is located in the great place in Phuket which is in a cozy Street in the middle of all the happenings of Patong and yet not so close that you will be bothered by the crowds. Close to the sea, many great restaurants, shops and even a clinic just a few steps away from the hotel. Everyone in this hotel are nice, hospitable and great at their jobs. From hotel owners to all hotel staff in all departments. (Management, Reception, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Bar, Concierge, etc.) Our suite was very comfortable and felt like home. If there was any problem in the room the hotel staff would solve it quickly. I recommend this hotel, 100%

Everything has been thought of in the apartments. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were very spacious. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The service was excellent. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and amenities. We will definitely come again!

My stay at BYD Lofts Boutique Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the stylish lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The hotel's unique blend of contemporary design and Thai charm is truly captivating. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. I was lucky enough to have a private terrace where I could enjoy my morning coffee while taking in the lush greenery that surrounds the hotel. It felt like a serene oasis right in the heart of bustling Patong. The staff at BYD Lofts went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Whether it was arranging transportation or offering recommendations for nearby restaurants, their hospitality was top-notch. The hotel's location is also a major plus. It's just a short walk to the Patong Beach, yet it manages to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, BYD Lofts Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a haven of tranquility in the heart of Patong, and I can't wait to return on my next visit to Phuket.

Lovely high quality hotel apartments. Staff very good. Apartments of high quality. Large comfortable bed, large tv, nice lounge area. Cleaning every day. Good value for its higher price. Only downside – the one bed deluxe apartment had a bad view from the balcony. The view was of the back of all the hotels around it and some were very run down. But it was not overlooked and did not spoil our stay though it may have for some. Good location. Mostly quiet.
